What it does

Software for the "Web Auto-Publish System," a new approach we developed. It unifies your PC and the server on a single screen, and a simple save publishes your homepage automatically (you can also keep a backup of the previous version before sending). With the manual steps gone, development becomes dramatically faster
Edited files are uploaded automatically the moment you save (when turned on in the settings)

Automatic converter: when a file you edit and save in the editor is uploaded automatically, heavy videos are made lighter, large photos are downsized and heavy PNG images converted to JPG automatically, with the extension rewritten before sending (the original file on your PC is unchanged)

Price and period of use

Trial	All features are free for 30 days from the first start (no sign-up needed).
Price	￥1,000 (per PC, per year)
Period of use	One year from the payment date (or from the end of the trial, if paid during the trial). After 11 months the app tells you the period is ending; to continue, press "OK" and pay for the next year.
Automatic renewal	Choose "Automatic renewal" when you apply and one year is paid automatically every year on the end date (no yearly steps). The first payment is on the current end date (or the end of the trial). You can apply before the renewal time. Stop it at any time in the app's ... menu > License (period of use / payment) > "Stop automatic renewal" (the app keeps working until the current end date). Without automatic renewal, we notify you in the app and by email one month before the end date.
License	One license per PC, bound to your PC's ID.
Requirements	Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit). ffmpeg, used for video/audio/image conversion and video slimming, is built into SwiftSyncExp, so no separate download or installation is needed (it works automatically). Converting documents/spreadsheets needs the free LibreOffice separately.

SwiftSyncExp includes FFmpeg (GPL v3), unmodified, and runs it as a separate program to handle video, audio and images. FFmpeg is the work of the FFmpeg developers. Source code and details: https://ffmpeg.org

How to pay

Open "License" from the app's ... menu and press "OK (go to payment)". This page opens with the PC ID filled in.
Enter your email address, choose "Automatic renewal" or "Pay for this year only", and go to payment.
When the payment is confirmed the period of use is extended by one year, and we email you.
The app picks up the new end date automatically (or press "Check payment" in the license window).
