The free edition of the "Web Auto-Publish System," a new approach we developed. Just save on your computer and your homepage is published automatically, so uploading takes no effort and development gets faster. Its design has no concept of a database or plugins, achieving high security and speed. Free to use on one PC (copying it to another PC to reuse it is not possible). The more capable edition, "SwiftSyncExp," with automatic conversion, GitHub support and more, is introduced below.
SwiftSyncExp Paid
The full-featured edition of the "Web Auto-Publish System," a new approach we developed. Born as the world's first real-time FTP client, it has grown beyond what FTP software is. The moment you save on your computer, heavy videos and images are slimmed automatically (with extensions and in-page references rewritten), the previous version is kept as a backup, and your homepage is published. With the manual work of sending, converting and checking gone, website development becomes dramatically faster. It handles multiple websites and GitHub from one screen, and with no database or plugins there is less surface to be compromised and it is fast. The free software FFmpeg is built in for conversion, so no separate download or installation is needed. The first 30 days are a free trial (then ¥1,000 per PC per year).
SwiftSyncProX Paid
Everything in SwiftSyncExp plus the other PCs in your company. Show PCs on the same LAN or far away as tabs, work with their files, view and control their screens, and wake PCs that are switched off (remote boot). From the president to every employee, set who may see which PC by rank, department and section, with priorities, and share sent and received faxes (fax app) and mail (Gmail Outlook style) with chosen departments and people. It also includes video meetings with PCs on the LAN and far away that use no outside service, and runs side by side with SwiftSyncExp. The first 30 days are a free trial (then ¥2,000 per PC per year).
SwiftSync (free edition): What It Can Do
- The moment you save, the change goes live on your homepage automatically (turn it on in the settings; keeping a backup of the previous version is also an option). Folders that do not exist on the server yet are created automatically
- Work with server and computer files side by side on one screen, with no File Explorer. The newer side is marked pink (↑) or blue (↓); click it to send the newer file across and bring both sides in line
- Register multiple websites (FTP) as destinations and open them in tabs
- The same operations as File Explorer: new, cut, copy, paste (Ctrl+C/X/V), rename, delete and drag-and-drop, including pasting to and from File Explorer. On the computer side, right-click shows the same menu as File Explorer
- Share: copies the web address (URL) of the selected file, ready to paste into mail or chat
- Preview pane, sorting, view switching and a name filter
- Save URL: saves a web page (URL) to your computer
- On first start it reads connection settings from FFFTP, FileZilla, WinSCP and similar software on this computer so you can start right away (they stay on this computer and are never sent out)
- When a new version is out, it tells you and can update itself
- Japanese and English display (matches your computer's language automatically)
- Has no concept of a database or plugins, so there is less surface to be compromised and it runs faster
- Free to use on one PC (it cannot be copied to another PC and reused)
In SwiftSyncExp only (not in the free edition): automatic slimming of heavy images and videos when sending (built-in FFmpeg) with in-page reference rewriting, the converter, GitHub connections and Git operations, and file management (such as bulk rename)
The free "SwiftSync," the full-featured "SwiftSyncExp" and the top edition "SwiftSyncProX" share the same design that unifies your computer and the server. Built on our own original file technology, all were conceived with creative, in-house thinking by President Masanori Tsurumi and refined through hands-on, practical use in pursuing the high quality of our own motorcycle shop site, "Bike wa Tanoshii MotoHarbour." We use them for day-to-day site operation. Multi-language display support is already built in.

We developed a new approach: the "Web Auto-Publish System"
TSURUMI Co., Ltd. has developed its own new approach to updating websites: the "Web Auto-Publish System." Triggered by saving a file on your computer, it carries out conversion, backup, sending to the server and rewriting in-page references as one continuous flow, with no manual steps in between. SwiftSyncExp is the first software to put this approach into practical use.
The approach was born as President Masanori Tsurumi rebuilt our own site, "Bike wa Tanoshii MotoHarbour," almost daily and faced one problem: more time went into sending, converting and checking than into editing itself. No combination of FTP software, sync software, Git or a CMS solved it. The Web Auto-Publish System solves it with one idea: make the save itself the signal to publish.

SwiftSyncExp : What It Can Do

- GitHub can be a destination too, and Git operations on your computer (reviewing, committing, pushing and pulling changes) are built in. To keep the history tidy, sending to GitHub is done manually
- Auto-convert: heavy files are made lighter and their extensions rewritten as they are sent (e.g. shrinking a heavy video, downsizing a large photo, converting a heavy PNG to JPG). The original file on your computer is left unchanged
- When an extension is rewritten, references to that file inside your pages are rewritten automatically too
- Converter: tells you which files would make your homepage lighter
- Uses FFmpeg, free software used worldwide, for video, audio and image conversion, and it is built into SwiftSyncExp (no separate download or installation is needed; FFmpeg is the work of the FFmpeg developers)
- Operate files on the server and your computer side by side on one screen, with no File Explorer. The newer side is marked, so a forgotten upload is obvious at a glance

Download and Period of Use
SwiftSyncExp and SwiftSyncProX are free with every feature for 30 days from the first start. Just put the downloaded exe anywhere you like (such as the desktop or C:\Software) and start it. They run on Windows 10 and 11.
- After the trial you pay per PC per year (SwiftSyncExp ¥1,000, SwiftSyncProX ¥2,000). Nothing is charged automatically.
- Payment is being prepared (planned to start in about a week). If your trial is ending before payment opens, the trial is extended by one month automatically.
- If the period ends without payment, the software removes itself from the PC as a safeguard (when the expired window is closed without paying).
- Your settings such as connections stay on the PC. When you reinstall, it starts with those settings and the payment page opens at once; as soon as you pay it works as before.
- In the unlikely event that payment cannot be started, the service ends on the end date and the software removes itself (you will not be asked to pay).
- When a new version is out you are told at startup and can update with one button (it is installed only after its signature is verified, so fakes cannot get in).
- On a PC licensed for SwiftSyncProX, SwiftSyncExp can be used until the same end date (both can run at the same time, separately).
Both include FFmpeg (https://ffmpeg.org, free software distributed under GPL v3; it is used unmodified and called as a separate program) for video and image conversion. The FFmpeg source code is available from https://ffmpeg.org.
SwiftSyncExp : What Was Added, and What Is Not There Yet

- Ver.197 Explorer-style copy, cut and paste (Ctrl+C/X/V), drag and drop and delete (Delete key): several items at once, folders with their contents, and to/from Explorer. PC-side deletions go to the Recycle Bin; non-empty server folders can be deleted

- Auto-send on save goes only to the connection that is open now (not to several sites at once)

- "Let AI do it" is only the entry for writing instructions; the part where AI actually operates is still to come
- Automatic video slimming has been tried on only a few kinds of video; please tell us if one does not work

SwiftSyncProXConnect the PCs in your company from one screen
Everything in SwiftSyncExp plus the other PCs in your company. PCs on the same LAN are found automatically and shown as tabs just by starting it, and PCs far away (another office, home) connect with a connection code. All traffic is encrypted, and who may connect is decided by approval on the other screen, a connection code, or a key held only by PCs approved before. You can also hold video meetings with PCs on the LAN and far away. No outside meeting service is used: video and audio go directly between the PCs. Invite a whole department, section or rank at once, and mute, turn the camera off, share your screen and chat.
SwiftSyncProX : What It Can Do
- Every SwiftSyncExp feature (it also runs side by side with SwiftSyncExp on the same PC)
- Finds SwiftSyncProX PCs on the LAN automatically, shows them as tabs, and opens, sends and receives their files
- Connects PCs far away with an address and a connection code
- Connects to Windows shared folders with nothing installed on the other PC
- Views another PC screen and controls it with mouse and keyboard (the other PC shows a notice and can refuse control)
- Wakes PCs that are switched off (remote boot); they are usable even before anyone logs in
- Organization and permissions: from the president to every employee, decide by rank, department and section who may use which PC and how far (view files, change files, view screen, control screen). The viewed PC makes the decision
- Priority 1 to 5 per person: when several people use the same PC at once, higher priority goes first
- Fax and mail sharing: faxes and mail sent or received at a station PC go to the departments, sections, ranks or people you choose (with the fax image). PCs without a modem can ask the station to send a fax
- Notifications: Off / Quiet / Normal / Urgent for everyone, ranks, departments, sections and people
- Video meetings with no outside service, connected directly between PCs; invite a whole department at once; mute, camera off, screen sharing and chat
- The fax app (WFS/WFO) and Gmail Outlook style are bundled and open from Contact on the ribbon
- Extends the period of use of all your PCs, on the LAN and far away, with one payment (bulk renewal)

- One file can be up to about 700 MB
- Faxes received by a multifunction printer (WFO) are not detected automatically (items recorded with "Record received" are shared)
- Mail sharing needs Gmail Outlook style to be loaded into Chrome once
- Organization permissions apply to SwiftSyncProX connections (Windows shared folders keep Windows permissions)
