This is an initiative to diagnose and improve PC problems through automatic checks and dialogue with AI. Computer Check-Up brought together the in-house, hands-on know-how from this project, and we developed a working app, "Pc-AI-Doctor," from it.
Computer Check-Up introduces our in-house effort to handle and record PC problems; this app turns that effort into software. For issues such as a PC running slowly, freezing, or being hard to use, it narrows down the likely cause with automatic checks and reports back, adding AI comments where useful.
We have developed the app "Pc-AI-Doctor.exe" and are currently testing it by using it to check PCs in-house.
Note: Problems the app itself cannot fix are handled by a person, following the "About Remote Operation" steps below.
For problems that cannot be fixed on the spot, actually proceeding with a repair requires your permission for remote operation on your PC. We will never operate it without your permission.
You will need to download and install dedicated software to enable remote operation; we will guide you through the setup at that time.
When requesting remote operation from this page：Diagnosis is free. Only if an actual repair is carried out do charges apply, and we will let you know the cost after checking the details.
When using the standard "Pc-AI-Doctor.exe" app：You can try it free for one month. Continued use requires registration at 11,000 yen per year. Registration is tied to one PC only and cannot be used by copying it to another PC. If an actual repair is needed, separate charges apply as above. (As the app is currently in internal testing, this price is the planned price as of the release date.)
